Lana began working for Uinta County in 1997 and was appointed as County Clerk in October of 2009.  She was then elected in November of 2010. 

She has been active in the Chamber including the Chili Cook Off and Festival of Trees and attends many of the chamber events.  She has been selected to serve as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Uinta County Republican Party for the past two terms and has assisted in arranging fund raisers, parades and political forums.  Lana wishes to continue these endeavors, giving access to the candidates and citizens to voice their concerns and ideas for the future of Uinta County.
